"Completely fine for a 20yr old looking to save money. Not ideal for an adult in your 40s+. The smell of mariguana and cigarettes is unbearable."

"For the price of this hotel I anticipated better service we got no bottle water in our room, only 1 food option, we had to stay on extra day due to flight cancellation. The front desk made me book and extra night via website then come tell them I did and re-check back in at thendront desk with my DL, CC, and room keys then did an additional hold on my card for incidentals- after already spe ding a week at the hotel. The hotel itself (common areas) are amazing. But the rooms are old and not updated. The shower curtains blow with the pressure of the shower. Sp nd most of your shower time keep the shower curtainnout of your face. The water pressure was so hard our daughter didn't want to shower. In my opinion this hotel was not worth the cost when There are many many more options in the surrounding area. "

"My family and I recently stayed here and unfortunately our experience was not the best. One of the restrooms in our room would not get hot water at all. The water stayed cold and my daughter even cried because of how cold it was. The room itself also stayed very warm and we couldn’t get the temperature to cool down enough to be comfortable. Because the hotel is located in downtown Los Angeles, it is also extremely loud at night, which made it hard to rest. Most importantly, I was very disappointed with the handicap parking situation. This is my second time staying here and both times the handicap spaces were taken up by luxury vehicles. When I asked about it, I was told to just park in the garage instead, which defeats the purpose of having designated handicap parking. Overall, I expected better accommodations and accessibility for the price and location."
