Outstanding in Every Way!

Our best VRBO stay ever! OB7 is exactly as promised. Excellent location, great walkability. Unit is immaculately clean, spacious, excellent amenities, comfortable bed and sofas, cute decor. There is faint noise in the Living Room from the restaurant downstairs, but it did not bother us at all for sleeping in the Master Bedroom. We actually really liked having that good bar/food right downstairs (Duffy's), fantastic breakfast Maria's) steps away, and all the other fun options in the cute, historic downtown. We will be back to OB7 for a great getaway! (One note: the entrance is a keypad lock which is very convenient. The offices on the other side have a camera positioned in the area, so you may wish to body block the camera view when you are entering your front door code.)

Amazing!

This place is amazing. The location and the property are perfect. We were in town for a celebration of life and having everything we needed right there was more than we could have asked for. The host is great and you can really tell that he takes pride in his rental from the details to the at home feeling. I recommend this place for anyone traveling to this area.

Just what we needed

We were in town for a family reunion in Port St Lucie but thought Stuart would be a fun place to stay. The unit is well situated to walk around downtown and access the docks for boating activities. Plus having a designated parking spot was a bonus. We were worried about street noise but it was not an issue. Enjoyed some great breakfasts at Osceola Street Cafe and Sucre Bakery. If we are ever back in the area we would rent this unit again. Only change I would suggest(for us technology-challenged individuals) is a paper list at the unit outlining details/rules of the property.

Perfect spot - no car needed

Apartment was fabulous - location perfect - tons of shops and restaurants. Watched the game from bar right down the steps from us - had wonderful meals at great restaurant on the waterfront - wandered on the walk along the water - all within walking distance. Perfect spot.

Fantastic location!

We needed a “stay cation” escape while getting our roof replaced at our house in Palm City. Typically we would have chosen a random condo on the beach but opted for a different experience in staying at Matt’s beautiful place on Osceola in downtown Stuart. Such a great space, great people watching, shopping, dining all so accessible. Super clean and very well appointed. If I win the lottery, going to try and convince Matt to sell it ;) LT

2nd Time

This was the second time staying at Osceola's Balcony. We stayed for 2 days last time and loved the place and location. This time we came down to close on a house but the closing got delayed for a week and then delayed again for another week. Also a hurricane was in the works during the stay. The place is beautiful and in the middle of downtown Stuart, where bars, coffee shops, galleries and Restaurants are abundant. Besides being on Main Street, the condo is one block off the bay. I would highly recommend this place and Matt was great to work with. Thanks Matt!

Great place and location in Stuart

A great place right in downtown Stuart close to fun and great restaurants. The place is very clean and already to go with everything you need for a great stay. Has own parking spot making for easy access. Stayed with my wife and three of our kids for 4 days while visiting my father who lives in Stuart. Would definitely stay again!
