It is located 1.5 miles from Smugglers Beach and don't forget to bring your kayaks and paddle boards, this house is located steps away (1/10 mile) from Lyman Lane Beach on Long Pond!

This freshly painted home includes new carpets in all bedrooms, hardwood floors throughout the first floor, air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas, new kitchen appliances and new beds and mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen includes brand new appliances (gas stove), granite countertops, coffee bar, kitchen table seating 6+.

This house is conveniently located close to your Cape Cod favorite spots such as mini golf, ice cream shops, bowling, arcade and many restaurants and shops. We are a short drive from Hyannis to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.

This property has two driveways and has parking for 8+ cars.

Linens and towels may be provided to guests through a third party. This is not included in the rental price. Please inquire about pricing.
