We had fun at the MGM Springfield, their is a lot to do. They have a movie theater, a lot of restaurants to pick from to eat. Staff are nice and informative. Fun place to go

Area around casino is literal ghetto. Dirty/homeless/scary. Parking garage is sketchy Valet was nowhere to be seen twice today so I ended up parking my own car both times. People working the casino seem completely uninterested in their jobs. I used to live in Chicopee, am in town for business, so I made it a point to stay at the casino for my first time because I have never done so, and it was a huge mistake. Shame on me for thinking that Springfield could have something nice lol

Perfect with addition of a few amenities

The hotel itself was beautiful, quiet, and secure. So it pains me to have to say I was disappointed that the king room did not feature a mini fridge or a microwave. The microwave isn’t a huge thing but would have been nice. The mini fridge is kinda a big deal as you always have things you want to store in fridge on trips whether for a night or two and especially longer stays.
