The staff was very accommodating as we had to change rooms twice. Unfortunately, the first room we checked into had a very strong cigarette smell even with the hotel being non-smoking. The next room had two dirty beds with dark pet hair over the beds. We had them come to change the sheets, but the room was still dirty on the floor. We settled in since we had already changed rooms once.
