We checked in, opened the door and there was a man in our room! Except it was his room. They gave us the keys to someone else’s room. Imagine all the ways that could have gone. And they acted like it was no big deal. Towels had hairs on them, not sure they were washed. We slept with one eye open. Literally worst hotel experience of my life.

Me and my mom both loved the beds. We both suffer from insomnia and we both got the best night of sleep we have had in quite some time. Your staff was excellent and very professional when I was checking in as this is only the second time I’ve checked into a hotel as an adult.

The room is clean and nicely furnished. The staff were friendly and quick at check in. The one negative is no smart tv - so no access to apps like Netflix, no way of knowing what network /show was on a channel - not even a guide channel. But that's just a personal expectation.

I would not recommend this place. The front desk staff were rude. The kitchen staff was as well. There was one young lady (manager?) that was very kind. The breakfast is undesirable. Breakfast is from 6-10am, if I recall. The pancake machine isn’t filled until 8am and finishes at 9am. Once emptied, they do not refill it, regardless the amount of guest that are staying. It was fully booked during our stay. The parking was included, which was nice. The pool was nice too. Although there were people watching us the whole time. I literally have a video of ppl staring at us, in the pool (from the window). Room service staff were very nice.

Wife left her phone in the bed…called within an hour of leaving and was promised it would be kept in the managers safe. Then upon returning to get the phone, I was told they had no idea what we were talking about and the person who works when we called was conveniently not working and unable to be contacted.
