The younger gentleman that checked us in was really nice overall it's fairly clean they just don't do a detailed clean in the hallways and things and then when you go in your room my room was clean except for the bathroom floor I think they forgot to clean it but overall could have been worse very noisy right next to the interstate

Have stayed many times, good value, comfy room!
When I visit Six Flags, I always stay here, have visited several times over the years, and this stay was about the same as before, but a few more issues. First the good, I had a 2 queen room on 4th floor, #425, and room was spacious, comfortable overall, TV worked well, as did HVAC, and beds were comfortable. In this room, the fridge door is pretty beat up, room lacked lighting along TV wall, no desk light, and the glass shower door was 1/2 broken, so a curtain replaced what was once a glass sliding shower door. Also it was very dirty, perhaps moldy, at the bottom the the remaining glass. Shower pressure was okay but could be stronger. The window/balcony door curtains had significant staining. The furniture is worn with several areas chipped off/damaged. Had 1/3 roll of toilet paper... At check in, the employee wasn't that friendly or personable, although gentlemen at check out was friendly. I noticed there seems to be different staff from my last visit in October, as they usually have had the same employees for years. LOVED the restaurant next door and always visit when staying at Quality Inn and highly recommend it. Breakfast was average for this hotel, tater tots somewhat dry, and the breakfast employee, a middle aged man, was rather unpleasant, slamming things around, watching minutes on watch, and not friendly at all. I'd stay again, as I have many times, but some things are slipping. Also in morning a dog was barking for like 2 hours that was rather annoying!

Good hotel close to the highway
Friendly and welcoming staff, mostly comfortable beds, surprisingly updated shower setup, spacious room, and good breakfast included in the price. The location was close to the highway so convenient for getting there and getting back on the road. The gym was pathetic and just had a few treadmills. They still give you mini bottles of shampoo which you know won't get recycled and will probably end up in the ocean. They should provide a water fountain for refillable water bottles. That part of West Springfield (along Riverdale Street) isn't super walkable, but there are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby which is great.

I would highly recommend staying some where else. The first room I was supposed have had someone in it . The door was open , tv on, and people in their smoking pot. I went down to the front desk explained it to them and I was basically called a liar and was given a new room. In the new room, the table was falling apart. The night stand looked like it came from the dumpster. The first floor was blocked off . I thought oh maybe they are doing remodeling. Boy I was wrong! I noticed a man standing in socks and had ankle jewelry ( gpa tracking device) on his ankle. I went to the gas station next door and I was talking to the employee. The employee informed me that they have inmates staying at the motel doing a work release program. I was horrified because I had my children with me. When I questioned it at the front desk the guy said oh no that’s not true. The next morning i checked out . I explained to them the room was dirty and gross. I also I said very loudly that you have inmate staying here. The front desk staff did not denied it and couldn’t believe that night staff was not honest. I was able to get a refund for one night but they couldn’t give me a refund for the one night from hell. Do Not Stay here
