Room. Family of 3, wouldn't change or upgrade room to accommodate 3. Wanted a room with couch or 2 queen beds. Asked for roll away bed, they don't have any. How does the room sleep 3?? The heat/sir unit in room did not work properly. About 25 degrees outside. First time in room, unit not on at all. Turn unit on heat at 68. Left for viewing services, came back about 5 hours later and was about 85 in the room. Turned unit down to 58. Still ran throughout the night, unit kept turning on. Next day we had to put the air on in the room. It was a vicious cycle to try and get the room comfortable.

There was no wifi during our stay. Also, the room was clean, but in need of some repairs. The best part was the breakfast. No pets are allowed, but when my husband went to get ice, there was a man with a huge dog on the premises. Also my husband witnessed a man shouting at the front desk demanding that they stop charging them for internet if it's not working. I wouldn't stay here again.

Everything was fine. The fridge had a little bit of odor but otherwise the room was clean and the receptionist was great and welcoming and the breakfast was good.
