Excellent beach side room. Amazing 2 sided view. Beautiful sunrise spot. Stunning especially for a first visit to the Cape. Lots of comfort. Friendly team. A 4 rather than a 5 as bathroom on the small side and whilst free coffee you have to go off site for breakfast. Nice restaurant for lunch or dinner.

This is on the water. Doesnt get any better than that, even on a rainy day. hubbys bday - ordered some treats for our arrival, mishap of not being there, but apology and made it happen asap. music at pool in the evening, nice touch but a little loud and you cant get away from it if you just want to read a book or take an afternoon nap in your room. rooms are lovely, super comfy beds. helpful staff. but be advised no bell hops for luggage and there are stairs to climb depending on which room you get. LOVED the firepits, just wish they were allowed to be on longer than 10pm. thank you to Tajae & Ivy & all the ppl who just greeted us or asked to help us in any way.

We had a great stay. The property and location directly on the beach was exquisite. The fire pits and lounging sofas facing the ocean were really nice. All the restaurants on site from pool side to the roof top were more than excellent. The only downside was that they did not offer any kind of breakfast service despite having several kitchens on site. Even a basic continental type breakfast would have been appropriate. The rooms are spacious and nice, but have no phone or a safe. Cleanliness was average, but could be improved ( furniture was dusty, there was a used contact lens dried up on the bedside table, bathroom had hair from prior customers in shower). The staff were all very friendly and met our request for extra water or coffee whenever we asked. This resort can be transformed from good to spectacular with some minor improvements.

Wonderful property, great beach area, great view of the ocean lit a fire on the beach where the fire pits with wood and paper are located - great night for a fire. later in the evening told to put the fire out - something about getting permission - should probably have some signage around area regarding fires and usage. Only visit during peak season

The resorts was amazing to set up some birthday decorations for my moms 60th birthday ahead of time. It was much appreciated! However, I wouldn’t recommend staying here on off-peak season. It was a little underwhelming as the hot tub was not set up, no fire pits, no cushions in chairs and overall just kind of underwhelming. Next time I will know to book during peak season. We missed it by one week!

...a much needed pause. The Pelham House in Dennisport was a beautiful, peaceful Spring midweek respite for my husband and I. The location is breath taking along with the roof top bar and restaurant was fun and most a delicious dining experience as well. I highly recommend this amazing beach front property on Cape Cod...

The room we stayed in had a gorgeous view of the pool and the ocean but it wasn’t cleaned properly prior to our check in. There were chips from a previous guest on our nightstand, the toilet paper roll was almost empty so they didn’t change that and makes me question how well the bathroom was cleaned in general. Our mini fridge also never got cold. We put some drinks in there Friday at check in (3pm) and when we checked out the next morning they were still completely warm. We adjusted the knob to make it colder and that still did nothing. The restaurant had gorgeous views but the food took forever to come out. Our dinner took nearly an hour from the time we ordered it and the breakfast was not as long but still awhile. For the price to stay here I would’ve expected higher quality cafe and attention to detail.

Great Service and Stay!

Had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves right from the point of check in with the very nice hotel receptionist that provided excellent service. She was very kind, patient, helpful and it set a great tone for the rest of our stay. Looking forward to coming back soon!
