2 non-working refrigerators upon arrival. Maintenance did deliver a replacement but it didn’t cool until hours later. Discovered blood on fitted sheet. Requested replacement sheets and they never sent any. Very loud water noise or toilet running made it impossible to sleep… very uncomfortable beds and pillows felt like they were filled with packing peanuts. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was inedible. We had to go out and get breakfast.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was not good. Upon arrival, there were 2 non-working refrigerators in the room - one of them unplugged. Neither cooled off so they brought us a new one. Upon getting into one of the beds, we discovered blood on the sheets. We requested new sheets and remade the bed. Temperature control either hot or cold…. Nothing in between. Again, front desk staff and maintenance very friendly and helpful but the room conditions are completely unacceptable. If it wasn’t so late, I’d request my money back and get a room elsewhere.

Highway noise. Receptionist talked too fast to understand what she was saying.Was not told at sign in that we had to ask for housekeeping! This was totally ridiculous.. Breakfast hot food was ice cold, not even warm especially the eggs and French toast was so hard it wa s inedible. Construction noise early in the morning before 8:30am.

The check in representative was brisk and efficient. It was difficult to slow her down to clarify questions as they occurred to me. The breakfast staff was pleasant and efficient. (did not like the egg biscuits, room temperature and soggy)

Overall a great stay for a quick business overnight. Downfall was the shower head in bathroom had extremely low water pressure (basically non existent) and made a horrible clunking noise. Perhaps the mixing valve was broken. Found this out in morning of.

It just needs updating, fresh paint and new caulking in bathroom. Room fridges are barely functioning. While room looked like it was "surface cleaned" to look clean but when you really liked, you saw dirt on corners, mold on tub caulking etc... Staff was pleasant but on staffers on phone before arrival, very rude.
