Well i like the place not the area the only thing that up set me was i found lashes on my bed after i used it and i didn’t had lashes that night it was nasty knowing my bed most been dirty it was inside the covers

Would not stay here again

On the plus the breakfast was full and fresh daily. On the needs improvement the shower head was filthy. It hardly worked due to the gross buildup on it. On the negative and why i wouldn't stay here again the room doors close so LOUDLY. It literally sounds like someone is slamming every room door every time they close. I was woken up frequently by people entering and exiting their rooms. And when the rooms were being cleaned the doors sounded like they were being slammed like 20 times in 30 minutes. I contacted the hotel a few days ago and have as yet not received a response.

We had a studio with a fireplace we decorated for Christmas...the staff was amazing! I was there recovering from heart surgery...I ended up going back to the hospital and the staff was so AMAZING! Beverly the sales rep kept our belongings in her office until my husband was able to go back and pick it up! Everyone was just so good to us and so helpful! Looking forward to going back as soon as I'm out of the hospital again! I wish I could upload some of the photos of our stay but it won't let me

Unreasonable non-refundable pet fee!

I enjoyed my room overall, and could see myself being there for a longer stay. However, be aware that there is a NON-REFUNDABLE $125 pet fee per stay!!! Somehow missed this when booking the room for my small dog and myself for 2 nights!! Definitely not going back because of that one reason.

Lovely suite!

I did not realize when I booked, that this was a suite. It was so nice to be able to really relax in my room without having to be on the bed all the time!!! My only small complaint was that the bed was way too soft for my back! Otherwise everything was great!

Very well appointed, aesthetically a pleasure to be in with a fresh, modern and cozy vibe. Comfortable bed, nice quality pillows and sheets. Stayed with a toddler and it helped to have the bed in a separate room which also has a TV. Kitchenette is super helpful to have especially travelling with a child. Staff members all friendly and customer service oriented. Would definitely stay here again.
