Manager is rude, hardly any hot water

Pros: The housekeeper was nice, and the room itself was tidy and I liked the size of the tv.
Cons: The wi-fi was terrible, the manager's attitude was terrible, and the lack of hot water definitely made a negative impression on my stay.
Location: Mostly other hotels and car dealerships onthe road. The hotel itself is on a one-way also. There's a mcdonalds (that completely sucks) and IHOP
First of all, the manager was rude and spoke to my daughter and I in a degrading manner. However, the housekeeping was fine, and the lady who did it was sweet. The Wi-fi connection was extremely bad, even though they advertise "high speed wi-fi" and the tv was so annoying to figure out. The tv itself was very nice, very big flat screen against the wall, but the remote was difficult for me personally to understand, and the so called "instructions" didn't help. The hot water was a disaster. Even turned up all the way, it still was coming out luke-warm for both showers and baths. I also wasn't given any extra towels, even when I asked multiple times.

The beds were uncomfortable I can sleep on rocks and cars and on rooftops I get is for a job for the government didn't bother me much but I know my girls would have a fit, somehow the iPhone app booked me to the red carpet and not the red roof did not want to stay at the red carpet I wanted to stay at the red roof same price 10 times better in fact I woke up in the. Morning I thought I was in Mexico it would be a 4 star room in Mexico

Dingy and undergoing changes?

Pros: Free Internet
First impression wasn't good. The clerk wasn't welcoming, he was just doing his job. He checked us in without any pleasantness. The room was dingy and the a piece of furniture was out of place. The table between the double beds was sitting in the middle of the room and we had to move it out of the way. The towels smelled burned. In the breezeway out side of the rooms there were pieces of furniture just stacked up that you had to walk around. Compared to the other hotels it was cheap but we saw why. It is NOT withing walking distance of any restaurants. We spent as little time as possible there.

Surprised and Shocking

i stayed here 2 years ago and rooms were dirty and nasty. Ever since then i have not been to this hotel. I gave it a another chance after 2 years and i was surprised by how much they have improved the rooms. The staff were nice and helpful. The room were clean and this is the only hotel that had the outdoor pool open. I would definitely stay here again.

A PURE POOP HOLE

Filthy room, poor locks on door no phone service after 11 PM. Be smart don't stay. A park bench has better accomidations.

YUCK

this room was disgusting! i NEVER plan to stay here again... TINY pool... my room was not vacuumed and my bathroom was not very clean at all! i reserved smoking and got a non-smoking room! i will never return here again.. and i would not recommend this filthy place!

HORRIBLE

We reserved this room thinking it would be average. This room was dirty... FILTHY! The room was in poor condition... there was no information in rooms... no breakfast like they had posted... and the water pressure was a mear drip! I would NEVER stay here again!
