Spend a rainy day doing puzzles and watching movies or take a night out on the town exploring our exciting neighborhood bars. Even roast some 'mallows in the backyard firepit on a warm summer night.
The space
Admire the workmanship in our custom built matching torched cedar plank headboard and fireplace surround while you relax on the comfy temperpedic queen sized bed or get some work done at the provided desk. At the end of your day exploring the city, wind down and take a hot bath in the beautifully remodeled en suite bathroom. Temperature control during your stay is at your fingertips with the brand new, recently installed, remote controlled mini split AC/heating system. Perfect for keeping your space cool during the summers and warm and cozy in the winters.
Guest access
Spread out and enjoy the entire finished basement floor to yourself, completely separate from the rest of the house and it's occupants. Worry-free contactless check in with your own private backdoor entrance.

Very cute rental

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here! The rental itself was very nice and the location was great. There is a little noise from the upstairs rental when they're walking around or in the garage next to the rental. I'm a heavy sleeper and didn't notice it, but my husband is a light sleeper and struggled to stay asleep in the morning. Not really a big deal, but something to keep in mind if you are also a light sleeper! We would definitely stay here again though and would recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while touring Seattle and seeing a show at Lumen Stadium. We enjoyed our stay and this little home away from home had everything we needed. Well done space with a very comfortable bed and clean kitchen and bathroom. Great place for a little get away

This was my first experience in Seattle and they made my stay comfortable. The property was just as it described comfortable and welcoming. There were more than enough towels and amenities I was shocked at how well planned out everything was.My family and I are coming back for Christmas. Great stay!!!

Great place to escape your grandkids

Very nice studio pad for two. Perfectly matched our needs for a place to sleep while visiting family in the immediate area. Royce and Dana are wonderful hosts and their place is well decorated.
