Ubicado en Price Street, Southern Charm ha sido completamente renovado con todas las comodidades modernas, manteniendo los pisos de pino originales. Los detalles arquitectónicos únicos, incluidos los altos techos de 12 pies con molduras de corona ornamentadas, crean una sala de estar y comedor iluminados y abiertos, anclados por la chimenea original de dos lados. El primero de los dos dormitorios en planta alta tiene una cama king size y baño privado. We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great location to immerse yourself in historic Savannah. Many things are in walking distance including amazing restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and we found most everything we needed in the home. The kitchen is beautiful and well appointed. There is a grocery store close by as well. It is a historic home, so there are some issues with doors not closing properly. Also take note that upstairs there is really just two bedrooms; if you divide them up the second king bedroom has no closet and no exit to the hallway other than the bathroom. It worked out ok for my family, but may not be ideal for others.

Very clean and modern decor. Walkable to many squares and restaurants. Love the historic building. Our only issue was the constant loud construction noise on two homes next to us. The machinery, hammering and yelling went until 6:30 pm every day. They also took up a lot of street parking. Not the fault of the rental, but not relaxing.

Beautiful home that’s great for getting your steps in

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Savannah. It was on a quiet street and had plenty of room to fit our family. The few cons: 20-minute walk to most attractions, some things were not in the best condition (door was ziptied, furniture broken in places, cobwebs and dust, etc.) and a cockroach in the home upon arrival. Nothing major that made it unsafe or made us uncomfortable enough to not stay.

Wedding week stay!!!

We came 4/9/25 ansd 2 members of family stayed, then alone a day, then 2 other family different members stayed 2 days. then alone again 2 nights. We felt safe and comfortable. Very spacious especially when just the 2 of us! Many thanks. Will recommend. My niece and family on 511 Broughton close by and also enjoyed and had a carriage house. Much gratitude!!!

Charming, cozy and clean!

We loved our stay at Southern Charm! The pictures don’t do this space justice. So charming and comfortable, with nice touches like a sound machine and charging station at your bedside. Excellent location in this great walking city, we were able to park our rental car and walk everywhere. I would highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to Savannah.

Nice place!

It was great but maybe have instructions on how to use the TV and at least try to get the ice and snow off the steps so it’s not dangerous. We had to chip the ice off with a knife.

On the Edge of Historical District

Kitchen was well stocked and up to date. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient within walking distance to many of the squares. Like most of the historical properties, it has lots of steps. Parking space is small.

Wish we had a better experience

We stayed the weekend a huge hurricane, Helene, impacted the West Coast of Florida, Georgia, and NC. We were all from the Tampa area and one came from Atlanta. We asked to have our weekend altered by a day and we were told no and we asked to reschedule and were told no. Meanwhile, one guest had 18 in of water in her house while she was in Savannah because we couldn't cancel. Then while in the house, there was the town tornado warning going off and a very windy night. We wish the property manager was more flexible with our trip. Also, upon opening the door the place has a musty/moldy/old smell. We all had to come home and wash our clothes they smelt so bad. Overall, not the best experience.

Clean, roomy, and well stocked kitchen

We all really enjoyed this house. Very clean, plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, and quiet neighborhood. We walked everywhere from the house and the house was not in a noisy area. Would stay here again.

Some problems but fun

The neighbors stayed up all night playing music and we found a cockroach on the last night. Also, the main bedroom door would not close. But we still enjoyed most of our time and otherwise the house is as advertised.
