Facility is run down and overpriced. Looks like nobody cares about maintenance. Room door had broken deadbolt for long time, sofa does not fold out, can't be use for sleeping for 3rd person, bathtub drain does not work, could not fill up tub with water, no hook for towel near the sink, AC unit old and very noisy, and so on . Breakfast is primitive and tasteless. This Comfort in has no comfort at all.

Guess they tried to change my booking dates from Saturday to Friday. I booked 3-13-21 to 3-14-21 and comfort inn midtown Savannah cancelled my reservation that morning at 11am and sold my room to someone else. I called travelocity and nobody answered or called me back. I will never book with comfort inn again. The first time at a comfort inn they had bugs. This time in midtown Savannah they gave my room away. I could understand if it was 10pm but cancelling it before lunch. Wow. They showed me that if they could more money for a room at a higher price your booking don't mean nothing

Good hotel for the price. Staff was pleasant. Room was spacious. Even with Covid I was extremely surprised that they still offered a full breakfast.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast area was really attractive, the rooms were large, with a couch and desk around the corner from the beds (we had two queens). The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine (scrambled eggs and sausage, hard-boiled eggs, various breads to toast, waffles, cereal, juice, sweetened yogurts). Coffee/tea all day. My only complaint was that the fitness center room (two machines and weights) had that sweet smell and no air circulation--no way I could spend even five minutes there. But that wouldn't prevent me from staying here again. Access to Savannah was super easy (about 15 minutes depending where you're going). I would strongly recommend.
