The room was excellent clean beds, comfortable nice hotel only problem I would point out is that when we got there they charged a destination charge which was supposed to be included in the fees. Expedia showed.

Yes the room was clean. The thermostat didn’t work properly. It was too hot with the heat and you could not get it below 73. Too cold with air couldn’t get above 68. We turned the system off. Staff was very nice.

The room was clean, nice, and quiet. The location of the hotel is excellent. However, I had a terrible back pain after sleeping on their mattresses for three nights. We stayed for five nights, and the last two nights were tortureous. Please replace the mattress in room 656.

Like to stay here minus I wish pillows were thicker. I always end up with sore shoulder and neck when sleeping here. Also would like heavier blankets. But this hotel is nice and has great location.

Tina who served breakfast at the hotel is wonderful. She’s so cheerful and everything you want in an employee, especially in the mornings. The hotel is in a perfect spot if you want to be walking distance from shopping, historic sights, the river and dining spots. I would stay here again. The only downside and the reason I took off one star is that a member of the housekeeping team took a bag with items in it, we let the front desk team know but it wasn’t returned and no one followed up afterwards.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon the last 4 days and it was absolutely amazing! The view from our room overlooking the water and having direct access to river street was so nice. Every single person who worked there was smiling and so helpful, the valet employees were so friendly and made everything so easy for us. The restaurant was also delicious and we were very happy with our stay! It was so nice to leave for the day and come back to fresh towels and a made up bed!
