This hotel is old and worn - carpet in the room was worn out as well as the furnishings. Beds were small double beds and not comfortable. The put several charges in my card that were unauthorized and then I was told it would take a week to refund the money. The valet parking and the location is the only good thing about this hotel.

When I pay extra for a river view room it would be nice to have a 100% view of the river. Being in room 677 on the back corner, across from the side of the Bohemian Hotel is not what I would consider a "river view". It's 1/2 river, 1/2 roof patio. My previous stay was a 100% view of the river as far as the eye could see. I had the same expectation with this reservation. Had I known what I know now, I would have sought an alternative hotel.
