I don’t like if you book with a third party they put hold on card a 1 but can’t check in until 4- then after checkout they keep hold for 3-5 Days after you paid for stay- this is wrong and not happy about it at all - the hotel needs to update all thrid party and guests about this so call policy

Someone knocking on our door at 830am checking to see if we were checking out. I let the front desk know and they were doing to take care of it. Good thing we weren't sleeping in late.
