Great river view rooms. Minor issue with hot water changing temperatures during shower and was fixed the day we notified the front desk. No in-room QR code or binder for in-room dining. Fixed by front desk that day we let them know via text link.

Will never stay again. Beautiful property w/ great restaurants. Staff was attentive but certainly not great. BUT, we stayed in the 3 Muses building in a Loft room and each night the windows shook from the music blasting from the Electric Moon Rooftop Bar (a completely seperate building but still part of the complex). Even with sound machines to drown out some of it, made it really difficult to sleep. Saturday the music didn't stop until 3:30 am. A JW Marriot needs to give some type of notice or warning. Many other guests complained of the same.

Honestly, the best part of the trip was the staff. All of them were wonderful and kind took the time to explain everything. My business partner had never been to Savannah. The billing had mistakes, but they were quick and very amicable to hurry up and fix the billing charges. The facilities were beautiful.The view was beautiful.We enjoyed ourselves very much.I like that.There's a lot of free entertainment around there.We will definitely be going back

View was stunning. Older property but well maintained. We stayed in 2534 (5th floor) and night noise was overwhelming. Noise was not from outside property but event venue above our room. Saturday pm bass from music was thumping in our room. Sunday pm, chairs/tables scooted above us until 2am.

Pretty but smelly room
while the hotel is beautiful, my family and I couldn’t get past the smell of barbecue, smoked meat coming through the air vents the entire evening. We were so tired from our trip that we just fell asleep, but the smell was there when we woke up and when we went to bed. The hotel staff was very nice about it and they refunded our resort fee, however, I don’t feel that the price of the rooms warrants what was provided.
