The manger is so rude all bc of the prior renters.Its very unclean!i had a towel in my room when i checked with urine on it!This hotel need to do better!

Most things were good, but I was highly disappointed with the electronics and the WiFi. The WiFi did not work at all which was a bummer because my reason for getting this room was to work in some things for work and I wasn’t able to access internet ultimately setting me up for failure. My phone was my next best solutions although 3xs more difficult, and my phone ended up dying because the usb port they have attached to the desk doesn’t even work! It was almost like it was a placeholder. Someone should really look into an-bulkier

overall fine, but nothing particularly impressive

The motel was overall fine, but nothing particularly impressive. It's located in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. That said, the room itself felt very outdated—old bathroom fixtures, a worn-out bed, and a stained chair gave it a rundown, almost creepy vibe. Despite the dated condition, it seemed safe and quiet, which made the stay tolerable. If you're just looking for a place to crash for the night and don't mind old furnishings, it could work—but don't expect comfort or style.

This place should not be allowed to be in business, the check in was terrible when I pulled up nothing like the pictures on Expedia or google, should have followed my mind about the reviews, when I got the room keys get to the room it was a smoking room that I did not know it was a smoking room. The door was broke keys didn’t the door and window was filthy and curtains were filthy stains holes just filthy and horrible I told my daughter absolutely not we won’t be staying here the outside and the area was loud and noisy people hanging out the whole place looked scary and very unsafe. This was the worst hotel motel I have ever seen once the door didn’t work we couldn’t even access the room I knew absolutely not we weren’t staying ughhh it was horrible, so when I go back to the front desk the Steffens lady was rude and nasty I told I was not staying it was filthy and inhabitable it was horrible she rolled her eyes and told my to contact Expedia about my refund so I did and left. We had to find another place to stay which we did. I couldn’t believe this place was on Expedia they need to close clean and sanitize and remodel or rebuild worst experience ever I thought I was at a hotel for drug addicts and prostitution food options and bed comfort that’s a joke and laugh I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to stay there let alone eat food there it didn’t even offer breakfast or vending ughhh just horrible.

Awful experience

We arrived for a family two day break in Savannah and on arrival found the two rooms allocated reeked of cigarette smoke and urine. We asked to be moved to other rooms which the reception obliged and put us in two rooms on the other side of the hotel. Unfortunately these rooms were only slightly better with the same issues but also dirty bed sheets and strange stains on the headboard. The kids were really upset and the smell brought on my son’s asthma. We made a decision to book alternative accommodation. We knew that we wouldn’t necessarily get a refund but thought we might for the second night. However, as one of the kids had placed a bag on one of the beds any form of refund was refused. I have used Quality Inn in the UK but this experience was truly horrendous and we can’t believe some of the good reviews reported which we used as part of the decision to book.

It was dirty, someone tried to break into our room and the police chased them through the courtyard, someone stole my son’s phone. The housekeeper cleaned the room with a cigarette in his mouth…it was horrible.

Is there a way to submit pictures? Weird stuff on the walls and ceiling. The bathroom had hair on the floor. There was writing on the wall. There was a roach. The comforters had burn marks on them and the room smells like smoke when I ordered non smoking
