Highly disappointed. Bed was worn out and super uncomfortable no support and what i call a “taco bed”….Shower/tub super slippery and roomed smelled like a wet dog. I want a refund. I did tell front desk the same…front desk person said they would tell someone of my complaints. Also doors and door knobs unsanitary and need to be cleaned. Area near vending machines smelled of human urine…truly not happy

Room smelled and was in terrible condition!! After unlocking the door and stepping in the room we left within a minute and chose to drive home instead of staying the night. The outdoor hallway leading to our room smelled like urine. Our non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The comforter was stained, and the walls had stains and other unidentifiable subtances on them. In addition, this hotel is also being poorly maintained. For example, the lamps in the room were rusting, large chunks of the laminate on the dresser and bedside tables was missing, and doors and other areas that had peeling paint had simply been painted over without sanding or stripping the original paint (which shows the lack of care and effort put into maintaining the hotel). The only postive was the kind lady who worked at the front desk. We were not able to receive a refund.

It was not as pictured in the photos ! Rust, neglect , and what appeared to be mold under the rug near the walls. Needs a lot of updating. I would not bring my family back. I was embarrassed when we pulled up to the facility. I did stay as we arrived very late. The shower had hot strong water flow but I needed to use shower shoes.

This place was dirty and old, the smell of the room, was not pleasant, the sheets were "clean" and the bathroom but guests will be smoking weed all the time, it was very hard to stay in the room. The ladies at the desk were nice.
