Staff were friendly. Parking is ridiculous, you have to pay for valet parking to use the garage attached to the hotel or go park in a public garage which isn’t super close. There’s no microwave in the rooms and the bathroom set up has little privacy

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Fair price. We were charged for valet which we did not use and they refunded us back easily.

I would stay there again only if they could guarantee a room away from the street. The traffic noise was 24/7. The swimming pool was out-of-service and murky. That was a huge disappointment. We booked expecting a pool. I’m just glad the kids were not with me this time. We would have moved to a different hotel.

We’ve stayed in aloft hotels before and liked them but this hotel in Savannah has ruined the brand for us. Never again. They advertise a restaurant but no food is available. Not even prepackaged. The swimming pool is in the basement. Our sink is clogged. The room is noisy. And the staff are unbelievably rude to the point of my being hesitant to ask for anything. I understand Covid has affected the hospitality industry but this has nothing to do with Covid. Everyone seems to love Savannah but this has ruined it for us.
