We liked the location and breakfast was delicious! Our room was never cleaned in the three nights we stayed. We tried to call the front desk for help and there was no answer. We then had to hunt down cleaning staff for towels and coffee. We took our own trash out. General Manager was not friendly and we didn’t feel comfortable addressing issues with her. No help from concierge who told us all she handled was yours????

It seemed clean. Had to go get towels because none were in the room. Short distance to main river walk, shops, restaurants.

The hotel was OK, but I was generous with my rating due to the staff and location of the hotel. Will start with the pro's: staff very professional and friendly and if you want to be close to tourist attractions this is it - no need to drive anywhere. Breakfast was not bad. Con's: room needs some TLC, we had a stained blanket, not enough towels, fridge was not properly cleaned and smelled, if you stay for multiple days house cleaning is not existent (I know after covid some hotels do not clean each day, but this was not something mentioned at check-in). Overall for the quality of the room its over priced, you even have to pay $23/per day parking. You are really paying for the convenience being across the street from the river and a couple blocks from the city market. There is a lot of homeless in the area and you see it even more at night closer to the hotel.

I liked the complementary breakfast. I did not like the staff person who checked me in. I felt she was rude and the refrigerator in the room did not keep things very cold.

The staff was helpful and the location is excellent. Literally across the street from the Riverwalk. Only issue I had was the amenities. There is no wifi...you connect to the hotel wifi and it tells you the connection has no internet. The rooms are literally a dead zone for your phone. I couldnt even make or receive calls even though I had 4 bars, so it was very weird and only happened when we were in the room. The vending machine doesn't work. Something is wrong that none of the 3 soda machines would take the dollars I tried to put in so they may be change only. Housekeeping needs to step it up. The blankets and sheets are super thin so that could be improved and there was a makeup stain on one of my pillows so not sure if it was just forgotten or linens aren't changed...

The hotel was nice. The room seemed to be recently updated. We had an issue with the tv stations not coming in clearly all the time but wasn't a big deal for us.

Room was spacious and very clean, large bathroom was great. Also, the young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. We have been traveling for the past few weeks, and she was by far the best experience at any hotel check-in. Also, the concierge was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful giving us insights as to where to go to see the sights of Savannah. She was great! Overall, a very positive experience, highly recommend this hotel.

We loved that we put miles on our feet and not in the car. We were so close to everything possible. We have a granddaughter who went to SCAD and seeing her was such a joy. All areas are fantastic. The hotel staff were ever so friendly and helpful indeed.
