The location & staff were exceptional. While my room was pristine clean the building itself was worn. My room was adjoining another room w a space under the door & those people were smokers which made for smoky conditions 🙁

Our room was very clean, however, our tub with extremely slippery. The only way it could be resolved was having to put a towel down on the tub floor. The staff were very nice and efficient. The housekeeping service was very good. Some nights it was very noisy due to either other guests being noisy or because we were on Bay Street which was high volume traffic. The outside of the building could use an overhaul renovation. The steps and bannisters were filthy. I am giving this a Good. This is a good hotel. They can do better, Loved Savannah and location of the hotel.

We always stay here!
We always stay here when we go to Savannah! Its affordable, in the perfect location to everything downtown, always clean and updated. Their breakfast is also wonderful and the housekeeper was just so sweet! The literal only complaints I ever have is sometimes parking can be a pain even though you have to pay extra for it and the front desk isnt always super welcoming.

We stayed there for five nights. Our room was only cleaned once and the time it was cleaned, absolutely no towels or wash clothes were left for us. I had to go to front desk two times to get towels and wash clothes.

We loved the location and state of the hotel. The breakfast was great and staff were nice and friendly. Walking distance to river street and plant district. Would def book again!! Parking was a little over priced but it’s the city and all parking is costly.

For the location & price this hotel lacks upkeep to the grounds, room cleanliness & sanitation and is outdated. Our room had a foul odor which caused us to have to change rooms. The front desk receptionist was accommodating. However, once we changed rooms, their was a musty smell to that room also. In the morning we noticed mold on the ceiling above our bed which was a complete turn off. We will never return to this property. For a hotel located in a historic district, it had the feel of a run down motel which was extremely disappointing.

Pool lock was broken so we could not access the pool, no hot breakfast on one day of the stay, had to pay 5.65 for a bottle of water. No parking on the lot, were told we had to park in the overflow lot across the street, which would have been fine if it wasnt an active massive rain storm.
