The man who checked us in early afternoon on 2/14/26 who awesome, polite with a great attitude. The rest of the front desk personnel for the next two days, not so much. No eye contact, no greeting. Breakfast options were great! Breakfast was available Sunday morning at 7:00 AM by 7:30 they were out of several hot items. I found a bug in my milk. I knocked on the staff door, there were 3 workers in the room. I showed one of them the bug in my milk and advised her that the eggs & bacon was empty. I’m happy to say she responded immediately. The rooms were clean and it is a great location!

the staff was very friendly and meant well. The condition of the property and the amenities were terrible. A poor shower and things falling off the walls were just some of the things that need updating.

Room was very basic and everything was dusty. There was a very strong odor of cleaner in the room that didn’t go away for the duration of our stay. Bed was comfortable and they had a good breakfast spread. Hotel was in a great location but it was very noisy from the street and nightlife.
