Sink and shower drain partially clogged. Shower curtain not big enough to keep water going all over the floor. Dust visible on all furniture. Parking lot spaces were beyond small. Everything in the rooms was very dated. The whole place needs a renovation.

The hotel is great- very friendly and courteous service. Very clean, great views from the rooms and tons of restaurants within walking distance. Only offers valet parking. But a little research on google showed several parking garages for less than 1/2 the price of valet within walking distance. Like literally across the street. Unfortunately we did not get to try the Sun Dial Restaurant which is at the top of the hotel.

The view was great. The room wasn’t clean like it should far as the bathroom. Hair was everywhere. The bed by the window was broken, my friend sat on the bed and the top mattress started to slide toward the window. Scared the crap out of her.

This use to be my favorite hotel in Altanta, but I'm sad to say the magic wore off a bit this trip. We were on the 70th floor so the views were breathtaking and watching the sunset was amazing. However there were some not so great moments. I saw a bug crawl across the desk. Tried to find it but could not. We kept our luggage zipped up so it did not come home with us. The In Room Dining button on the phone just rings. Ordered wings which were delicious last time I was there. Not so much this time. I only ate 2. Carpet could use a cleaning if not replaced. It would be nice if there were USB ports near the beds. I will try a different hotel next time in the city. I'm not saying I'll never come back but this place is no longer a definite hotel for me and my family. Great location but not the only option.

While the GPS put us at the back entrance instead of the front with the valet parking. The staff and the hotel itself was phenomenal. We had an upgraded room that included the breakfast tin the morning, which was also delicious. Even though we were only there for a night, I highly recommend this hotel, just know that if you dont have valet, you will have to find a public parking area.
