Beautiful hotel. Staff was very professional and friendly. They were very helpful in accomodating our needs. If you want the pleasure of a "real" Atlanta experience, stay at the Georgian!

This place is not as advertised. Old, dirty, run down. Staff was not particularly helpful. For instance, they said they could not print our bill because it was booked through Travelocity/Expedia - that I needed to get it from the 3rd party. I think they overcharged me but have not looked into it yet. I would NOT recommend this place. There is a newer Marriott Courtyard across the street. It would be a much better choice if you need this location. I stayed there as I was attending a graduation at the GT football stadium and it was a short walk. So the location worked for me but I wouldn't stay in this area again. Pretty grungy.

Appliances were extremely old, the microwave did not work, the washer left the clothing soaking wet and I had to run the drying cycle twice to get my clothing to dry off. Staff was not helpful. Very dissapointed with my experience at the Georgian Terrace.

3rd time staying here. So disappointed this time. Tissue dispenser empty, body wash dispenser empty, faucet waaaay loose, light fixture coming off wall and needing a bulb. Worst thing was the big cockroach in my shower. I told them and they comped a small portion of the rate. Desk staff was professional.

The first room didn’t have heat. I was up graded to a suite but the window fell in during the night and it was freezing cold outside.
