The bed was super comfortable, the room was pretty clean. However the Toilet ran all night unless you jiggle the handle 😫 Also , I was 4 minutes late for the "social hour" from 530p - 7p and they denied me a glass of wine. Which would've only took less than a minute to pour into a glass. And people were still in the lounge having drinks at the time.

Yes, the room was good but the happy hours from 5 to 7. I got there right at seven. They said you’re too late. You cannot use your drink voucher. Room was clean on arrival but didn’t get good daily service. Checking in my room was found to be accidental canceled but the Front desk clerk took very good care of me and my family. She was the nicest Front Desk Person I’ve ever met.
