Hotel needs a serious up grade. Extremely dated and boring site. The parking garage is horrible and there is a $40 charge that’s ridiculous considering how low the ceilings. I will never stay here again. The staff was friendly.

I checked in and my reservation includes breakfast, yet the associate at the front desk said ‘sorry, it’s not on her list’ even though I showed her my receipt showing the included purchase. The complete disregard and inability to assist was astonishing. The room was old and underwhelming but I’m here for one night for work. I would expect the services purchased and the efforts of customer service.

My only complaint for my trip doesn't apply to the hotel. Shuttle service to the show was I was there to attend was not as quick or as often as we were expecting but that is not the hotel responsibility
