Room high up with a most lovely view. Excellent location for multiple events attended and also close to public transport. Delicious buffer breakfast. Staff is incredible! Professional, courteous, helpful with giving directions and ensuring room was clean. Will definitely stay again ~ !

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, my only issue was the lack if heat. A small space heater was provided but with the cold temp, it wasn't enough to keep up to offset the low temperatures. I slept fully dressed with a hoodie to try to offset the cold.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with the heat. The manager went out and bought heaters for those of us that were having the heat problems. They made sure to give us extra blankets to stay warm and we did.

Not especially the cleanest rooms, but I also really didn’t care. Was great for the price I can’t complain. The balcony window was partially open with no lock which made it a bit louder but again I didn’t care. Breakfast was decent!! Overall 9/10

Friendly staff, clean rooms, has a balcony. Right in the heart of downtown Atlanta so it is within walking distance of several stores and shops. It is a hundred year old building so we couldn't control the heat or air in the room individually. Meaning the building hear was on so that all you got is you turned the system on in the room. The breakfast was average based on what most breakfast options are offered in other hotels we've stayed in. They had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, grits, biscuits and sausage gravy, toast, muffins, Danish, cereals and milk, yogurt, and of course the best part the make your own waffles. Overly, it is worth the stay!

Bed was terrible you could feel every spring, pillows were flat, ac did not keep room at a comfortable temperature it was very warm sleeping. There was 2 roaches in the bathroom. Shower curtain smelled, and shower head was clogged or something so terrible water pressure. Tv barely worked, most channels could not get signal. Parking was fine but very tight. Overall the hotel needs some major updates and some more cleaning. Staff was very nice and helpful and the hot water was good.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Lobby was spotless and so was the breakfast area. It’s an older hotel, so there’s some normal wear and tear, but you can tell they take pride in their building and we really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location and parking was a breeze.

The cost is affordable, but this place isn’t for everyone. Granted, is was oddly freezing the evening I checked in, but my rooms door to the balcony didn’t close- so it was cold. Also, there was a large hole in the bathroom tile, the inner wall and black color inside- yuk! The TV didn’t work and it’s over due for a remodel. The manager was helpful and aided me to get my next two nights refunded as I refused to stay. I’m traveling for business and I couldn’t relax in this room.

I think for the amount you pay for, this is a great budget friendly option. I’ve stayed at a lot of expensive hotels but decided to keep it cheap this time while sharing with a friend and I had to constantly remind myself that based on what I paid, this is what I paid for and I shouldn’t expect too much . I think the beds were a bit springy but still comfortable. Upon entering the bathroom, I noticed hair was still on the floor from previous people which was a bit gross. I felt like the room was cool enough that I didn’t need to use their portable air con which was fine. We had an issue where someone entered our room and front desk said they made a mistake with the keycards or something. Our keycards would also lose charge multiple times despite not being next to our phones, which was a bit annoying. Not having a fridge also sucked but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Unfortunately our floors ice machine, along with multiple other floors, had broken ice machines. It was little things that bugged me but I remind myself this is what I paid for , which was not much at all. Overall, I think this is still a good option if you’re looking for a cheap stay because overall it was still decent.

The toilet at one time overflowed. There was no control of temperature in the room. They set up some temperature and everyone has to live in that temperature. No a/c use option for cooling. I booked room with queen size bed however i received a double bed. There was very slow internet connection in the room. Terrible
