The room was very clean. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. We stayed for a Company Christmas party and the staff that serviced our party were exceptionally professional and efficient!! It was my husband and I first time staying at this hotel and was happy to see how festive the lobby was decorated for the Holiday! We look forward to coming back.

The check in lady was awfully slow. I was extending my stay not a new reservation and she took forever to check me in even though all my information was in the system and she took other guests in between when I decided to walk away from her and came back to pick up the keys later from someone who knew what they were doing. no interest in staying at this hotel anymore in the future.

Check in was outstanding, bellmen (Eric) great ,front of house very efficient Bar service was super, the young man bartender was a real treat, taught us how to smoke an Old Fashion!! Needs Improvement; Tried repeatedly to order room service via phone , rang with no answer for 15 minutes, finally ordered on line , slow delivery Checkout Called for bellman to help with luggage, waited 15min , called back , waited 15 more minutes , went to front ~deck, long line, finally went outside and Eric apologized and came directly back up to room, brought them down and loaded car ( he needs a raise!!)
