Let’s start with the positive - the location is AMAZING! And the people who work here are nice. Everything is beautifully decorated. Now the not so good - late check out is $150 (laughable). Our bathroom was clogged upon arrival and water wouldn’t go down. Cleaning must have noticed this as it had water pooled in it upon arrival. The sheets had small stains on it and there were holes in the sheets too! Is this a 5 star Nobu you see in other countries? Ummm no.
Overall ok stay, however find chewing gum on my bed.

This Place Sucks, starting with Pricing, as it does not justify the poorly thought, Beding (all mattresses are exeisvely soft or too old) amd the pillows are a joke, is like folding a few towels amd trying to use them as pillows, they go completely flat, back and neck pain, it was brutal.
I’ve heard this hotel get a lot of hype and I see why. If a hotel has a nice gym I’m sold. The gym has all you need to get a great workout in for all muscle groups. I loved the close proximity to the mall. The staff were friendly and offered a room upgrade upon check-in which got me a free bottle of wine. The room was spacious and comfy. A one night stay here wasn’t enough so I’ll be back.
Terrifying stay. So much so that I only stayed one night out of my two night stay. I was staying on the 2nd floor on Thursday night and from midnight to 4am there was a man in the hallway in regular clothes very loudly using what looked like a vacuum (through my peep hole). He was using what seemed to be a universal key card on doors down the hallway. I could hear doors opening and shut as he came in and out of my peep hole view. He came to my door and tried the card. The door unlocked (I could tell by the sound) but he could not get in, as it was dead-bolted.
I called downstairs to the front desk and they completely blew me off. The woman at the desk stated that she would call maintenance. It seemed like more of a security issue to me. I was up all night, door baracaded, paralyzed by fear and I look back knowing that I called the police but I froze. I felt as though the hotel may have been in the know as the person had a universal key card and the front desk paid me no mind, so out of fear, I left the property quietly in the next morning and never went back for my second night of the stay. If you are a solo female do not stay here.
Overall a disappointing stay. For a hotel that is less than 3 years old, it is very worn. The bed felt like it was 10 years old. Pillows felt they were 12 years old. Desk in room looked 10 years old with stains and scratches. Table in front of couch had 5 years of water stains on it. There were scratches on the ceiling and plastic tape patches to cover up holes. Had to call housekeeping twice to get an iron (10 min wait on the phone), then again at 11PM to get someone to unclog the toilet. Very little room to hang up clothes in the walk-in closet. Zen suite has two TVs back-to-back. Issue is that when you turn one off when you want to go to sleep, the other one turns on. Have to get up out of bed to turn it off. I also wish this rain shower trend would end. Not everyone wants a rain shower or handheld. Have a rain shower and normal shower head please. Also be prepared for ultra premium drinks in the bar. One mixed drink = $24. Thank goodness they have free self-parking
