beds were comfy, price was right, responded quickly when we saw dog poo in the hallway, responded quickly when a crazy guy woke us up at 2am screaming? moved us when we were next to a screaming toddler that was next to us, loud noise like a fire alarm went off not sure what that was. eggs were dry and flavorless, but the waffles were good.

The cleanliness of the room and we had such a hard time getting staff to come and clean it. The room was definitely not cleaned properly before our arrival There were items left from past guest the bathroom smelled like urine and there were stains and debris throughout the room.

Great staff & a good hotel if you’re on a budget and are wanting to stay close to the city without city hotel prices. The area is safe. The front check in attendant wss very helpful and the staff was accommodating as well. Breakfast hours are from 6am-10am for early & late riser who don’t want to rush out of bed.

Arrived to check in and the staff didn't even acknowledge me for about 5 minutes while she was having a private conversation on the phone. The first room we were placed in had not been cleaned so we were moved to another room. No apologies from the staff for the inconvenience.

The room was clean, cozy and the staff was nice. However the only issue we had some of the lamps didn't work, we couldn't open the curtains due to having a chemo patient with us that wasn't feeling well so we pretty much used the TV for lighting. Other than that it was alright experience will probably stay again the next time we're having to stay over in Atlanta for doctors appts.
