We enjoyed our clean , quiet , comfortable room. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, respectful and welcoming. We even had a question about where the fitness room was and instead of pointing in a direction, 2 sales team members took us there and answered a lot of questions!!! Awesome

Parking at the facility was impossible, and no one would answer the phone when we called to ask about parking. There is only one microwave per floor, which is in an awkward space away from all other amenities. Otherwise, it was clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Biggest issues were that there is no free parking, only $65 valet, but they’ll point you to another expensive lot to park yourself across the street (that they likely own). Paid $40 per night there. Another big issue is that there is little to no access to the hotel for checking in while leaving your vehicle. To be able to speak with someone about parking arrangements, I had to circle the hotel multiple times due to one-way streets and traffic, just to have to park a few blocks down, leave my family in the car, and walk to the hotel which had homeless loitering around, all because for some wild reason they would block off access to the drive up area (that you would typically unload your bags at). Then after parking across the street, we had to lug our bags down the sidewalk to the hotel across traffic and through crowds of sketchy hooligans looking at what we have on us and openly trying to sell weed that from the smell of it wasn’t even good. The third main issue is that if you’re trying to contact the hotel for late check in or to find out information regarding something like parking arrangements, good luck. Called a dozen times on the way there, between Ai, limited options, and not being able to get in contact with a real person, it’s impossible. Not to mention the hotel doesn’t even look like it’s made to be online. Expected a big tower of large glass windows like website suggested but it’s really a regular hotel with small shoddy balconies.

The room was fine but the whole front entrance was blocked off from the road for some reason, so deliveries couldn’t even be made and we experienced several issues with that. The hotel restaurant hours are really inconvenient. I ate a tuna sandwich from the hotel market and got food poisoning, causing me to miss the last day of the music festival I was visiting for. Basically, trying to just eat at the hotel was a nightmare.

Room was disgusting. We booked a king room with a balcony. When we arrived, they stated the king rooms sold out and attempted to place us in a room with two double beds! What? We settled for a Queen room. It had an airplane sized bathroom that was DISGUSTING!!! We tried three other rooms before the lady at the front said they have a King in the international wing of the hotel. This is after two hours! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Also, the area to pull up, check in, and drop off your things was roped off like a crime scene. Never again! The only good part was Sway (the restaurant downstairs). It doesn’t taste the same either, but it was still good! I will never stay here again! Still want a refund for my trip!
