What an amazing hotel - it what I would call a one stop shop! They had a little Friday night Nite Life in the living room of the hotel - the restaurant/bar was open until midnight. Excellent staff - very friendly and helpful.

Nice location but not very clean.PARKING$$$$

Rooms were not very clean and housekeeping did not sweep/vacuum daily,Not family friendly, more of a young adult / bar and club crowd. Valet parking ( the ONLY PARKING) was $32 a day and several times I called and no one answered at valet services or front desk.

Perfect for GA Tech Visit

Pros: Location, the incredible nice staff and the view.
Cons: Valet parking is a bit pricey. Breakfast buffet looked very expensive and sparse. Walk to J Christopher's a few doors away.
Nice midtown location, walk able to Georgia Tech. Ask for a city view room.

Costly and they even charge for internet...

Pros: Quiet
Cons: Nothing close, No free Internet
Poorly located with not much in the immediate area. The rooms were great but the service very average. the room was okay but the iron mount was pulled from the wall and the ironing board was a joke. I can't believe the maid even left these things without telling someone to get them fixed. The ig joke was the 412.95 for the internet. You would think for the price they could include it. even Starbucks one block away gave it out free to customers. One bright light though, the consier came over in the lobby while I was working on my computer and offered a bottle of water. If I ever went there again it would be because there was a bit of hope for the hotel.

Service with a smile

Pros: Quiet
I just got back from a trip where I stayed here. To put it simply: the service here was the best I have ever had. Every time I needed something, there seemed to be someone right there willing to help. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bedding. Excellent stay for the price.

Pros: Quiet
Cons: No free Internet, Poor breakfast
There was quite a bit of disappointment after being at the hotel for about an hour. We were there on a business trip and there was no free wi-fi and the business center was a small desk down stairs beside the front desk. The most disappointing thing was the lack of customer service from the staff. Ex: We called to ask for utensils and was abruptly told by the woman on the phone that if we needed utensils, we would need to walk downstairs to get them ourselves!! The room that we got was very clean and nice. I came to the conclusion that the transition from the Palomar hotel came at a price. The staff from the Palomar were outstanding and with the switch came new staff that seemed to be lacking the professionalism that would make a guest feel welcomed and not more of a bother. The potential is tremendous, hopefully since we have been there it has improved.
