We had the best experience at this hotel! The staff was more than accommodating! The hotel manager had the most positive and uplifting attitude. She was more than helpful! The valet company was the best valet service I’ve ever had at any hotel. Our car was always there within a few minutes, they were very polite, and helpful! Josh was THE BEST! He called us by name every time we came down. We will definitely stay at the AC again!

I booked a two night stay. We arrived around 12am after a 14 hour drive. I was initially told I had no reservations. I insisted she check and fortunately it was under both my married and maiden names, which should have taken two seconds and keen eyes to determine but non the less I check in. Upon entering the room I was hit with a motel muggy stench, that I note could be related to the air conditioning unit blowing warm air. I quickly changed the setting and tried to settle in. I was stunned to find no toiletries in the bathroom and they did not have a full set of towels. I called to ask for supplies and was told I had to return to the front desk to pick up anything I needed because no house keep staff worked at night. Over an hour, I noted the temperature was still 79 decreases and the ac was hardly pushing out cool air! Exhausted, disgusted and sweltering hot, I somehow fell asleep. The next day things got worst. My toilet continued to over flow. I was again told no staff was available at night and I will come down get the plunger have to plunge the toilet myself. My room was eventually changed. I kindly asked for some kind of compensation for my troubles but was rejected by the clerk JFO who stated no accommodations can be made because they offered to change my room the at almost 2am. I explained that I was exhausted and didn’t have the energy to move again. But they did not care. They simply cared about money not service. I would not stay again.
