Front Desk Clerk gave me the wrong room. It was not what I reserved. Call me the wrong name after I provided him with my drivers license. Elevators were not working properly.

Renovating hotel so construction noise from early morning. No WiFi, no Netflix, courtesy coffee urn in foyer empty as well as a multitude of other services. Front desk staff impatient and arrogant and rude. $500 per night what a disgrace

My favorite hotel to stay in Atlanta. My only feedback is the full length mirror has a shelf in the middle of the mirror- making it hard to see your head to toe outfit. The lack of lighting around the mirror was also inconvenient, but overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel did not provide us with the accessible rooms we reserved. They did not even have one available even though I reserved two. Two staff members made disparaging comments in front of other guests about our service dog even though they are a pet friendly hotel. Very disappointing and upsetting. Check in experience was good though.

This was a great property… I upgraded my rooming experience to a suite with assistance from the check in staff… however, the water in the shower did not get hot. It only ran luke warm and it is 30 degrees 🥶 ❄️🌨️ in ATL. That significantly reduced my satisfaction with the upgraded experience… but the room was nice and clean (no hot water though) and the people were very friendly and Troy was super helpful with making sure I was able to get everything I needed.
