I want to start by saying that the staff were fantastic. They were kind, friendly and very supportive. It was more that the experience itself wasn't ideal. I wrote in my check in that I would like a quiet room, on one of the upper levels with a view if possible. Instead I got a room with a car park as my view, a room fan that required ear plugs and a TV that didn't work. I did try to call down but was put on hold so many times and for so long I actually took the TV off the wall myself to fix it. Turns out the chords weren't even plugged in.

The hotel and room were absolutely perfect!! The only gripe is the ability to charge phones and watches. The outlets in the rooms do not provide enough amperage to charge them at the same time.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Indigo. The hotel was very clean, and the check-in process was quick and easy. I had a nice chat with the hotel manager, who was friendly and gave great recommendations for places to eat in the area. Only two clean towels in the room and when we called down to the desk they made us come get them instead of bringing them up,One of the outlets in our room actually started smoking and smelled like it was going to catch fire when we charged our phone!I also asked for a view and it was of a wall.
