The bathroom was not cleaned upon arrival. There were black stains on the toilet and a ring in the inside of the toilet. There were also blue stains on the towels. Even when I requested a new towel, the towel would reappear with the same blue stains. The staff were unapologetic.

I booked my husband a room with a king bed and they put him in a room with 2 double beds. He also said it was hard to find

Got off a long flight to find out they had cancelled my reservation at 4 that afternoon. They had cancelled it for a higher rate. They were rude and nasty and I had to look for a room at 11 at night. I am an older woman and spent $100 on taxies to find a room. Atlanta was full that night. I will never use Travelocity again. Travelocity was no help when I called them.

I didnt like my stay at all! They over booked parking was terrrible, the website states roll a way beds that were'nt available! I will never stay here again, staff was rude and non-chalant. I'm soo over it.

Check in was easy, the lady checking me in was pleasant. The hotel room I was in was quiet and the beds were okay. Not the worst I’ve slept on and not the best. The room was clean(the best it could be anyway with it being so dated). I think the updated rooms must have all been dirty or something. I’ve read good reviews on the bathroom and bad ones, I unfortunately got the outdated room with the poor bathroom. I would almost venture to say, they should even stop making those available until they are updated. It was very bad. The tub was stained horribly, the cabinets were falling off, the floors seem like they will never be clean again, the toilet lid was broken and didn’t fit anymore and the flush button was so gross I didn’t wanna flush the toilet. There was NO airflow whatsoever so it was incredibly hot and stuffy in there too. So overall, if you have to stay, make sure you get an updated one or don’t stay. IMO

I am very sorry you felt the rooms were not updated. The hotel did have a complete renovation in 2016 which included the entire hotel and all guest rooms. We appreciate your feedback and it will be shared with the decision makers of the property.

It was convenient and clean. However, they charged $14 for self parking a night and $17 for valet. I thought that was a little steep. Also, check in was VERY slow. There was a line 4-5 people deep. Still, it was probably worth the money we paid.
