I have stayed at The Whitley several times before and had a completely different experience. Front desk experience at check in and again at check out was not great. I also had to retrieve my luggage from my car myself. This is fine but at $49 a day for parking and valet, I would have expected more assistance.

Self park was full so forced to valet park at $45 per night. Wifi not included unless you were a Marriott member. Cost was $12.95 per day for wifi. Didnt get any sleep. Door hinges cause doors to slam and not shut quietly so doors were slamming all night. Room and hall decor was unattractive. It was much nicer when a Ritz Carlton. Staff was very nice and the hotel was clean and in a great location but we will not return.
