They charged my card and would not return the funds even though Travelocity already charged my card. There were fireworks being shot off outside the hotel until 2:30am. Masks required sign was up but NO one, not even staff, was wearing them. I usually stay in a hotel in Atlanta before I fly. I will never stay at this Hampton Inn again and I will never use Travelocity again! None of you hold up to your promises!

Girl at front desk seemed to hate her job, tv did not work, phone in room did not work, the air conditioner only put out low which stayed hot in there and the floor did not seem to have been vacuum. Overall stay was horrible

The hotel and the room were beautiful, the staff I encountered were professional and kind, and the parking was very close and convenient. My room was on the side of the hotel right next to the highway— A LOT of road noise all night and day. I was exhausted when I left. Something was wrong with the thermostat. Most of the time I could not turn on the heat. It would always switch to cool. And even when I turned the power off, it would come on as though it was controlled by another thermostat. The location is great, the staff was great, hotel was beautiful. If you’re going to be in and out for work, meetings or events it’s a great choice. But, if you’re stopping because you need rest, I recommend bringing ear plugs or finding some place that’s tucked away from all the traffic.
