In need of better customer service
Upon checking in our room didn’t have a crib like I was told. I had to wait over 40 minutes before I could put my baby down for bed. Once the crib arrived it was extremely dusty as if they had to dig it out of a basement from years ago. This one particular guy staff had an attitude with me for asking for additional wash cloths. There were 2 in the room and I have a family of 6!

Older man at front desk was extremely ignorant. Telling me don’t park in handicap spot when I have handicap plates. Was ignorant during the entire interaction. He should not be someone who is greeting guest and helping them. Pool area is really dirty. Seems they ignore a good amount of area that should be cleaned . A lot of random noises in the room and strong smells in the hallways like they over clean with chemicals to cover something. Would not stay at again during our next visit.
