The hotel was clean and on first entry of the room it was clean. They did not come clean room daily had to call the front desk to request. They did clean right away. My stay was good will stay again. My concerns are with the price of parking and the conditions of the garage it is very tight, and dark need to reconstruct parking situation

Check in lady at the front desk literally just gave me my key and said second floor. Didn’t tell where and when was breakfast, when was the evening reception or about the free drinks, how much the hotel deposit was, or even my room number verbally. The hotel looked very clean and well kept but unfortunately I saw three different sized roaches in my room. Not sure what that’s about but I didn’t complain it’s the South it happens but you don’t expect it to. The breakfast was ok but a little cold. The person clearing tables was amazing. And the front Valet section was always congested. Had to meet rides at the front curb. I wanted to like the Hotel, but I don’t think I’ll be back. I’ll just pay the extra money to stay in the other surrounding hotels.
