Security issue. Another customer was issued a key to my room after I was checked in. She opened the door while we were in the room. They assigned the same room number to another person. She was then assigned a different room and the front desk said the issue was resolved. We went out and we came back to the room around midnight, my keys did not work. We had to go back to the lobby to get the keys activated again. That was a hassle and not safe.
