This property was very much in disrepair. When we contacted the front desk they said they could not send a maintenance person until Monday. They did come and only did one of the 6 things wrong with the room. After check out and calling the manger twice I never received a phone call back to address my concerns, very unprofessional! I WILL NOT STAY EVER AGAIN!!

DO NOT BOOK HERE. We had a large group so we booked 4 rooms. 3 of the rooms smelled like smoke, 1 room had a cracked screen on the TV, another had a ripped couch. ALL of the rooms were dirty. We went straight back to the desk to say that we did not want to stay, but they refused to give us a refund. They said that they looked at the rooms and that 1 smelled a little like smoke and that the TV was not broken, at which point my husband showed them a picture of the cracked screen. The hotel condition was not as advertised, the front desk attendant Antonio was extremely rude and unhelpful, and management hid in the back. They did not care that we were travelling with small children that suffer with asthma. You could also tell that people were living here, and probably smoking in their rooms, causing the upper level rooms to smell terribly of smoke. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It was very pleasant. The property is very well kept. The room literally is like an apartment. It was super clean, and had the appliances to make for a comfy stay. It even had a safe, a little walk in closet& clothes basket. Adequate lightening, sockets& plenty of drawer space. Soft Towels. The curtains are awesome! COMPLETELY blocked out the early sunlight, which is fantastic for sleeping in. It was beautifully quiet& peaceful. I wish the pool had been open, but understood it's closing. Great place to stay & will definitely stay again!

I didn’t like that Travelocity hadn’t sent my reservation in and I had to wait three hours before I could check in and Travelocity didn’t pay sonesta and they charged my card twice!

Due to increased internet volume during peak hours, sometimes reservations that are booked through 3-rd party agents do take time to find their way into our system.
