Staff was friendly and helpful but we had to stand in line for 45 minutes to check in. They were under-staffed and the check in process took too long. Also, there was a pungent smell of Marijuana in the hallway every time we went out of our room. The room was comfortable and clean.

I booked this hotel for my husband. The room was not cleaned properly and the ac made a very loud noise. There should not be a dirty bathroom at a HILTON. The manager on duty did switch my husband room and refunded him one night. The front desk staff did their job but those cleaners need to be talked to or fired.

Room key did not work for parking garage our entire stay there, we were told to take a new ticket and give it to the front desk and to have our card fixed we did that 4 different times and it still did not work, We were constantly giving an attitude toward us from the garage attendant when we told them our room card did not work. It was completely inconvenient and not worth the $40 a night we paid to park there.
