Pros: The hotel was easy to find. Great freeway access and close to the Falcons stadium. The room was ok, nothing special. Housekeeping did a great job. Hot/Cold water was limited depending on the time of day, and water pressure was not great. The views were amazing from the 20th floor. Cons: The coffee spot downstairs does not open until 6am. There is coffee in the room, but it is not good. My biggest issue with this place, they don't tell you about the additional $250 deposit they charge your card upon check in. It's for incidentals and parking. They also don't tell you parking is $35 per day in their garage that is first come first serve to everyone. So, if you go out on sat night and stay out late you will have to park in their overflow garage (which is not a Hilton garage) down the street that charges you $20. You have to take your ticket back to the hotel and get reimbursed for the additional $20 only to be charged $35. These hidden fees and inconvenient trips to other garages are enough that i will never stay or recommend Hilton. There was nothing spectacular about this hotel to make me want to deal with this again.

It took over an hour to get checked in. Literally 100s of people waiting while you only had 2 people working the desk to check them in. Beyonce concert that night and conferences at the hotel so you should have known how busy you'd be. Horrible! Bellman who helped us leave was great!
