They only had 2 staff members checking people in. It was the college football playoffs and the line to check-in took well over 20 minutes.

Room key did not work for parking garage our entire stay there, we were told to take a new ticket and give it to the front desk and to have our card fixed we did that 4 different times and it still did not work, We were constantly giving an attitude toward us from the garage attendant when we told them our room card did not work. It was completely inconvenient and not worth the $40 a night we paid to park there.

The shower water would not get hot and it would take at least 5-10 minutes to even get warm and the pressure wasn’t great. Fancy place but no homelike comforts. Candy bars were $10.
