Nice hotel wonderful staff. HOWEVER.... No hot water Friday night, I had a tepid,cool shower. I was on the 8th floor and every morning, EARLY, there were loud cheers and "motivation" pep talks waking me up from an unknown group near the rooms.

Great place to stay.. safety is taken serious here you can only use your key card for whatever floor you’re on. It’s no roaming on another floor;I love this feature. No microwave in room and you have to come down to AL to use one, imagine being on the 39th floor put one microwave on each floor. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

The bathroom smelled terrible in our room when we first arrived. The smoke alarm was missing the top part so everything was exposed. There was a convention until all hours of the night in the main lobby complete with dj and obnoxiously loud guests. The lights in our room keep going out (flickering constantly). House keeping? Not until the day before our check out (3 night stay). Then to top it off someone was cleaning our exterior windows at 9am it literally sounded like someone was banging on the glass trying to break it. The only saving grace was the concierge they were extremely welcoming but I won’t be back for another stay. Save your money
