A huge, huge hotel bustling with friendly staff, eager to improve your stay. We had such a nice time! Great amenities, plush furnishings, lovely room. Very comfortable and cozy. The service was exceptional - by far the best we’ve encountered in a long time. We were taken very good care of and our trip was all the more enjoyable for it. Loved this hotel and her staff.

Excessive confusion at check-in, and unsubstantiated additional charges at end of stay. No replies to requests for explanation of charges on credit card that were not documented on any invoice or guest folio. Price shown to clerk at check-in, as documented through Travelocity, was not honored. Additional cost was added to room stay of $49 per day, and no parking or valet was involved! Beautiful venue, but very poor management.

It took over an hour to check in because the line was wrapped around the lobby and valet parking was full. We had to drag our luggage to a public garage a block away.

I enjoyed my stay and the only thing I can complain about is the heavy traffic. When checking in, the line was so long it took about 30 minutes until I was able to check in.
