As always so far the La Quinta was a virtual oasis of comfort and pleasure. The room was immaculate in every way. One of the cards didn’t work to open the room but the other one did. There was a delay during checkin but the staff was nice and helpful. I left an item in the room by mistake which I hope I can retrieve later.

Horrible experience. The property was disgustingly The staff Refused to let me check-in earlier than 3pm and then made me wait over an hour to check- in after 3 pm due to their own system issues. I will never stay at this awful hotel again.

We we checked in to a room that was already in use. Second Room was okay. Entry and hallways are a bit dirty.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was the sweetest. Other than that, the stay wasn’t the best. We reserved 2 rooms. One of the rooms we reserved smelt like a wet dog. You can tell they didn’t clean the floors. The door to get into the room was extremely hard to open from the inside. The second room we had, the bath tub lever to turn the water on didn’t work so turning on the shower was near impossible. (I got lucky enough to get a shower but my husband couldn’t get it to turn on again after I turned it off). There was trash left on our floor from the previous people. Disappointing. Especially during a time like this with covid. You would think they’d be a little bit more thorough while cleaning the rooms.

The vicinity to the airport is great. When we arrived at 11 pm at first we were informed that there was not a room with two beds as per our reservation. After 15 minutes, they found us a room. The shuttle recorded message is wrong. You do not wait at zone 2 for it. Consequently, we arrived at 10:15, but the shuttle went to zone 7 and left without us. We called and had to wait 30 more minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The staff was great to resolve our issues.

The hotel is nice and great location. Staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. The issue we had was the soap and shampoo from the previous occupant was still in the shower.
