My experience was terrible. When I checked in I was moved to 3 rooms. The 1st room was storage. The 2nd room desk was broken. The 3rd the lock didn’t work so I had to go to the office to get let back into my room every time. The next day I was moved into the correct room but the TV didn’t work. So guess what….. you guess it. I was then moved again. The next morning I wake up to being bitten all over my body from bed bugs. I have over 12 bites from the bed bugs. I was bitten on my hands, arms, legs, and thighs. I contacted the office immediately. The guy seem not interested and told me to wait until the manager arrives which was a hour away. So I asked the guy to come to my room to inspect the issue. He came and I presented my bites and the one I did see and killed. But he wanted me to find one alive and catch it in a cup (his exact words). I have never experienced anything like this before. I am so hurt and offended from the level of disrespect and not caring for your guest. Obviously, I will not stay at any red roof inn ever again.

Very dissapointing stay. They hotel is in rough condition and the rooms were very dirty. We had to be moved from the first room that had spills on the floor, broken phone, was 85 degrees and a clogged toilet. The hotel is sketchy too. Cars in the parking lot with flat tires. Did not feel very safe. Only positive was the front desk attendant who was wonderful despite having to represent such a rough property.

Very dated and dirty. Room smelled of cigarettes and wasn’t very clean. I wouldn’t recommend getting in the showers.

There was nothing to like about property we were given key to wrong room, room was humid and smelled aweful we did not take our shoes off !!!!

The first room I was given had people already in it once I opened the door, went back down for another room. Went in and notice it had not been clean make up still on the hair dryer tub not cleaned, hair in the toilet seat I can keep going. Requested another room and the manager did not even apologize for the conditions of the past 2 room and just put is in another one. That room had mold on the bed skirt and in the night stand( me and my friend are both allergic) at this point we just wanted to go somewhere else but we decided to stay after they offered and nother room switch. finally room number 4 WAS STILL DIRTY!
