Didn’t stay here . Tried to cancel . Nobody responded. Had a horrible trip here the week before . Dirty room , shower flooded , slow valet service , panhandlers everywhere . No cancellations, no refunds . We stayed at the Omni in Battery Park instead . It was much better .

Make sure you wanna stay here before you book , I booked to separate dates within a couple weeks , the first stay was not a good experience, long waits for valet , shower overflowed , they put us on a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet to start it off . If you don’t wanna wait for valet and walk around town , be prepared for the extensive homeless population. Garbage everywhere, panhandling everywhere. I tried to cancel our second stay and of course they don’t give refunds . We ended up getting a different hotel .

I was in Atlanta for the WE conference and stayed at this hotel. The room was clean and had all the amenities that I needed at the time. The staff was always pleasant and they provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here during all of my trips to Atlanta.

Sales Pitch

The accommodations were good. Unfortunately the whole thing is a sales pitch. I was bribed with a gift card if I sat through an aggressive timeshare sales pitch. From the time you check in until the time you leave, it is an aggressive ongoing sales pitch.

The hotel is very lovely, our suite was very beautiful and roomy. The staff were outstanding! The only issue was the noise outside - even from the 5th floor was very loud. You can hear loud music, loud people, loud cars etc.

Very friendly staff from the front desk to the valet and the room was spacious and clean but beware… I wasn’t aware this was a time share property and when the front desk told us to head to “customer service” to get our wristband keys to our room, it turned out to be a sales pitch for a timeshare. It was 20 mins of trying to convince us to sign up for the tour and that they earn money for every person that attends the tour. We politely declined and the sales person was friendly but saying no thanks is not what they want to hear. I also dinged another star for the noise. We were on the 5th floor and the first night someone was blaring music for over an hr at 2am on the street. The second night people kept revving their engines and blasting music. We weren’t able to change rooms as there were none available due to ATL having MLB All-Star week and Beyonce performing at the same time.
