If you’re traveling from the airport and need shuttle, you have to call the hotel and request for pickup. I unfortunately waited 2 hours because I wasn’t aware of the reservation

Rooms were not very updated nor well taken care of. My room was consistently cold due to a broken thermostat. Loud tenants that argued and played music all night. I do not recommend unless if you absolutely need to be closer to the airport.
