I stayed here for approximately two months and would not recommend this to anyone! About two weeks into my stay, the electronic door lock batteries died, and I was expected to buy replacement batteries myself just to get into the apartment. The air conditioning also became unreliable within the first few weeks, frequently shutting off for days at a time before randomly working again. During the summer, that is completely unacceptable. The apartment itself was not as advertised. The balcony was filthy, covered in dirt, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The window AC unit appeared to be held together with cardboard and duct tape, which looked like a temporary fix rather than a properly maintained unit. The apartment complex was dirty, smelled bad, the pool was disgusting, and the gym was destroyed and looked absolutely nothing like the photos in the listing. To make matters worse, maintenance entered my apartment without giving me any notice. When rocks fell on my parked car, I immediately contacted management and eventually was ignored. That level of customer service is unacceptable. The walls are paper thin, there is a train directly behind the property running day and night, and the gated entrance is practically pointless since multiple cars regularly tailgate through on a single scan. Overall, this property was poorly maintained, poorly managed, and nowhere close to what was advertised. I would not stay here again and would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.
