I got sick and needed to go home a day earlier. The hotel and Expedia denied my request to either change my reservation to the day before or to cancel my reservation, blaming each other. I had travel insurance and was still denied! What good is having that? I will never use Expedia or go to that hotel chain again.

Hotel did not have reservation. They were able to give me a room, but cost several hundred more. Construction blocked view and was loud during day. Never received housekeeping for a 4 day stay when front desk stated it was every other day.
