It was not clear from external signage where to enter the building. Had to park over a block away behind a different hotel and walk back in the sweltering heat with our luggage. Was not informed that we would be charged for the parking and was billed $23.00 after checkout. Assumed this was complimentary with our stay. Because we checked in late at 10:30p we asked for a late checkout. We were given one till 1:30 but a hotel clerk (not housekeeping) knocked on our door at noon and asked us to leave. We informed her that we were given a late check out and she argued with us and demanded the name of the front desk clerk who approved it the night prior. We gave her the name and she walked off rudely muttering underneath her breath. I stay at a lot of Hampton Inn properties and this was the poorest treatment of any I've stayed at. I asked for extra pillows and got only one.

I did not sleep well for the two nights we were there. A lot of traffic noise. Upon checkout the young lady at the desk commented that that was a shame but that room had that problem.

We booked a double queen room for 2 adults and 3 children (5,7,9.. not asked about age during booking). Typically if you have 5 people in this situation a pullout, couch or roll in bed are an option for the 5th person. None of these was an option here. The third child was expected to sleep on the floor. This should not have been advertised as a 5 person room. The front desk offered some extra linens to make a makeshift bed on the floor but for $177 a night this was unacceptable. We were also informed by the front desk that 3rd party reservations do that sometimes... nice. We were up front with our numbers and this is how we were treated. We made due because we had too, but I won't be booking with Travelocity or this Hampton Inn again.

I am so sorry that you had this poor experience. Unfortunately, I had none of our studio suites to upgrade your family to and fire codes prohibit us from putting the extra bed in our rooms with 2 queen beds. Should you ever be in the area and in need of a comfortable room, call us direct and we'll ensure that you have a wonderful experience.
