This property was a little disappointing. Firstly, when you arrive you find out it’s only Valet Parking, but no one actually helps you with your luggage. We were able to stow our luggage and when we checked in we weren’t told that we had to bring it to the room ourselves. Half of the staff was professional, the other half didn’t seem to care. The lady that checked me in didn’t even look at an ID. The beds had plastic coverings that make noise and the sheets are hard and crunchy. The only thing that was a plus was the area it was in. It was very easy to walk everywhere from there. Overall, it’s a basic place to stay.

The people at the front desk are not welcoming. They treat you like you're bothering them. I didn't see one smile ever. The bathroom toilet was not clean.

I've stayed at this hotel for nearly 15 years, but the quality of the facility has gone down substantially. There was rusted hardware in my shower and one of the elevators wasn't working well. The staff were friendly and helpful, though.

The management was dealing with staffing issues due to the COVID-19 surge, but with a little patience, all worked out mostly okay. In non-pandemic times, this would be an amazing place to stay!
