Dear Guest, While we trust that our team was able to resolve these concerns for you as soon as we were made aware, we regret that there were details of the stay which both disappointed you and fell below our standards of service. It is our hope that you might consider a return visit to our property so that we might share a much more cherished experience with you. Warm Regards, Hotel Indigo Savannah

Great location but poor service for price

Pros: The location
Cons: Clean the room better prior to check in. Work on improving plumbing. Make sure there is hot water for showering.
Location: Excellent location. Walking distance to most places in the historic downtown area.
My sister and I stayed here for my birthday weekend. When we pulled up, the valet/check in line was a nightmare. There is only limited space and none of the valet assistants were in a hurry. Once we finally got to the front of the valet line, we had to hunt down our own bell hop cart and push it to our room ourselves. No one even offered to open the front door of the hotel for us, much less assist us with our luggage. Once we checked in and got to our room, we found part of a condom wrapper on the floor. Gross!!! The toilet barely flushed and we had luke warm water at best in the shower. For the money we spent, it was a huge disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel. The only positive was the location. It was very convenient for walking around downtown Savannah.

Good location

They have valet parking and it costs $30 a day. It doesn't say on Travelocity website or hotel. Considering parking is hard to find and expensive in popular down town location I understand. However, I wish I had known this ahead of time. My transaction is still pending so I am waiting on this but it looks like hotel took more money than that Travelocity has promised for. I got sale's rate and only paid one night and after check out the rest would go out. So far they took more money. I am waiting now but will call the hotel. Also, front desk staff was not so friendly that I was disappointed. Other then that it is clean hotel, great location.

True Southern Hospitality

My husband and I were on our anniversary trip and the hotel Representatives new it was a special occasion and went above and beyond for my husband and I. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, clean and a wonderful experience. The experience at indigo made our anniversary even more special. I highly recommend the hotel for any occasion.

Nice Location and Staff But Missing Too Much

Pros: Staff and location
Cons: Little details would make it great
The staff and location and facilities are great. But there is a $25 per day fee for valet parking, no information in the room about the facility or how to use the TV, and no snacks or coffee available in the lobby.

Travelers beware

Travelers beware this hotel is one of the most dishonest I ever met. They charged us two nights in a hotel on nights we never stayed at. I strongly recommend you choose another hotel if your visiting Savannah and if your newly wed couple like us looking for a place for a honeymoon don't go because they will ruin your honeymoon and rip you off. Please note this is not a attack on all Days Inn Hotels chain just this one. Can prove what I am saying is true
